Our laundromat is open from:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30

Saturday and Public Holidays: 08:00 – 15:00

Sundays 10:30 – 13:30

We wash and service only linen, towels, bath mats, blankets, throws, cushion covers, table cloths and rugs. Any items outside this scope of linen will have to be evaluated by one of our consultants. We currently do not launder any clothing.

Kindly refer to the attached price list, or drop us a message and we will get back to you. However, our wash, dry, iron and fold option is the most used and most cost effective option.

We process and record each item when received. We sort linen if it requires a special soak. It goes into our washing machines and is washed with ISO certified and approved detergents. It is then dried. Your linen is then finished off  by ironing, steaming and folding. It thereafter goes through quality control and is packed and stored for collection.

Our turnaround time is between 24 to 48 hours, depending on the amount of linen that we need to process. However, we will always do our best to get your linen out as soon as possible.

Yes, we understand that sometimes you need your linen back quickly. That is why we offer a priority service to get your items back to you faster. However, please note that this service is subject to the following conditions:

• Additional fees apply
• Limited availability
• Must be requested at the time of drop off
• A written confirmation to be given to the customer / client
• Not applicable for all types of linen (some items may require special care)

This process is quite simple! We will invoice you, thereafter payment can be made via cash, EFT or card. Payment must be made before linen can be collected.

Yes we do. We first analyse and determine the nature of the stain and then use products designed for the safe removal of the stain. Stains are generally removed, dependant on the severity of the stain.

We offer embroidery, repairs and alterations to linen. Please contact us for pricing. If you require any other additional services, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.
